Would people be able to tell that you have a physiological condition just by looking at you?

What chronic condition do you have?

How does your condition affect you physically?

Can cause a range of debilitating symptoms when not managed properly: exhaustion/complete lack of energy, lack of motivation, being unable to focus, brain fog (being unable to think straight), anxiety and depression, constant coldness, as well as others.

POTS makes me feel that I loose my liberty. For example is my blood preasure drops while I am exercising, and I am alone... I am scared what can happen or who can help me.

It's mostly managed by medication now so not too much. Before I was diagnosed though I had a super high resting heart rate, heart palpitations, fatigue, weakness, weight loss, stuff like that. Genuinely felt like I was dying.

Sometimes I have headaches.

Difficulty in teeth brushing, eating and talking, washing face etc., because all this trigger the pain.

Constant dull to crippling abdominal pain, so bad that is caused fainting, vomiting, unable to move, also means I am infertile and susceptible to digestive blockages due to said lesions in the intestine.

Do you think it has affected your mental health?

How has it affected your mental health?

When not managed properly, my hypothyroidism causes severe anxiety and panic attacks, as well as low mood.

It made my anxiety a lot worse, I was having panic attacks almost every day for a bit. Generally just feeling emotionally unstable. Those are both a lot better, but I still just get sad thinking about having to deal with this forever and overwhelmed by potential treatment options.

I have developed a panic disorder because of this, fear of having a flair up in public or out and about and not having access to meds, I cant leave the house without that fear and often have panic attacks.

It frustrates me no to be able to eat what I want or really like.

Do not brush my teeth nor wash my face sometimes.

I have resulting major neurocognitive disorder.

Is there any correlation between your condition and mental health?

Do you believe you have trauma stemming from your disorder?
